Zebrina all’acqua con Farina del “MIRACOLO”
400 gr FARINA tipo1 di grano tenero Antico “MAZZOCCHIO”
100 gr zucchero di canna integrale
380 ml acqua
150 gr olio di semi
30 gr cacao
1 bustina di lievito
gocce di cioccolato q.b.
In una ciotola mischia la farina, lo zucchero e 3/4 di lievito, in un’altra metti il cacao ed il restante lievito
In un boccale mischia acqua ed olio ed incorporane 3/4 nel mix di farina, il restante in quello di cacao insieme a poco meno della metà dell’impasto chiaro appena formato.
Ungi una teglia da 20/26cm, e cospargila di farina, poi alterna (partendo dal centro) un mestolo di impasto bianco a uno di impasto nero fino a terminarli.
Inforna a 180 gradi per circa 30 minuti.
